Gentle, compassionate, all levels class based on linking yoga with the roots of recovery. Clear your mind and connect to your breathe in our supportive environment. Enjoy a slow flowing class ending with deep stretch and GONG meditation. Transition into your week from a place of serentiy. Open to everyone! Class taught by Jen McCarter, a 200 hr. CYT of Rolf Gates, and a recovering alcoholic.

Join us for our amazing Restorative ALL LEVELS class. REstore. REset and WRING OUT your weekend! This therapeutic, meditative class practice is designed to restore the central nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used to support the postures while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Great for an anxious mind.

75 minutes. A slower paced class; beginning with gentle flow, moving into yin postures. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body: the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia network of the body rather than the muscles.
