Keep Calm & Practice On Yoga for Cancer Warriors

Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear. Join fellow breast cancer survivors and yoga instructors, Rose Sabin and Connie Morris (rotation), as they lead students through a series of gentle, relaxing, restorative movements to help improve muscle tone and flexibility along with breathing exercises to help increase energy and relieve stress. Poses and flows will be offered specifically for cancer prevention, recovery and pain management. Class will be followed by a group sharing discussion to encourage comfort and hope. Coffee and herbal teas will be served. This class is FREE to all long term survivors as well as those currently going through surgeries and treatments. Suggested donation of $5.00 will go towards a local cancer organization.
