One Breathe at a Time Yoga of 12 Step Recovery

The gentle, compassionate, 75 minute all levels class and discussion will weave together yoga along with the practical tools of the 12 Step Programs to help people dealing with their own addictive behaviors. All "A's" are welcome, as are the family and friends affected by their addiction. Teachers Jen McCarter and Jen Lenhart will alternate each week. DONATION CLASS - suggested $5.00 minimum
