    Who isn't a bit DAZED by all the Holiday chaos?  Take a break from the madness and excape to the studio for some much needed downtime and self care.  Using a combination of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, this workshop aims to help you create space in your body and mind.  These yogic practices will be accompanied by: candlelight, calming music, conscious breathing, aromatherapy, gentle assists, and the use of props to support you for total relaxation.  The Yin and Restorative sequence will lead us into a 40-minute Yoga Nidra practice.  Yoga Nidra is a special relaxation technique, which has a deep effect on the body, the energies and the mind.  The combination of these healing practices will help you clear out the anxiety and stress holidays tend to create, and make room for the joyful experiences this time of year brings.  Suitable for everyone - no previous yoga experience is necessary.

    Jen McCarter takes us on a 30 day journey to find clarity on how our daily habits mean everything to our body, mind and spirit.  Join us for this post holiday reset and use the support of our Soul Stretch community to tune in back to your natural rhythm.  We will be using habit evolution science in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga to set the course for a kick ass year!


    1) Unlimited regular classes at Soul Stretch for 30 days

    2) Once a week community gathering Sundays, 3-4:30pm.  Each meeting will include a meditation practice, discussion about the next habits we will be inegrating and any wins or struggles that are coming up for participants.  Ayurvedic teas will be provided.
